Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 4:00 pm.
Check-out is until 10:00 am. Late check-out until 12:00 noon costs 20€ (A/ B/ Deluxe suite / Deluxe cottage/ Comfort cottage) and 40€ (C type). Late check-out has to be reported at the reception no later than in the evening before checking out.
Reception
It is open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm every day. After 9:00 pm, the reception availability is adapted to the needs and the number of guests.
Water park chip
Every water park chip is issued for a specific client and can only be used by the person to whom it belongs. Any loss of the chip must be reported immediately to the reception or the main water park cash desk. A 20€ fine + all expenses loaded on the chip (if applicable) must be paid in the case of a chip loss.
Water park towels
Colourful towels can be picked up from the second day spent at the hotel between 8:30 am and 10:30 am. If a towel or a towel card is lost, there is a 10€ fine.
Bathrobes
If not provided in the cottage, they can be rented at a fee at the reception.
Extra bed
Extra beds are offered only to individuals older than 6 years in case they are entitled to use them.
Activities
Billiards are charged at 8€/hour and prior booking is not required. The bill has to be confirmed at the reception.
Bowling is charged at 8€/30 minutes or 15€/hour and has to be booked in advance on the given day. The bill has to be confirmed at the reception.
Gopass card
Gopass registration – mobile app, overview of cable cars, ski pistes, weather, available accommodation, unforgettable experiences.

Smoking
Tatralandia and Holiday Village Tatralandia are non-smoking areas. Smoking tobacco products and non-tobacco products intended for smoking, as well as using smokeless tobacco products, nicotine pouches without tobacco and electronic cigarettes are prohibited everywhere.
Parking
Parking spaces are not designated for specific cottages. We have an adequate number of parking spaces in the complex for everybody.
Electric vehicle charging
Charging of electric vehicles costs from 5€/charge. For more information, please contact the reception.
Transport
If you need a TAXI, we will be happy to arrange a car for you at the reception.

Conference rooms
We have conference rooms with a maximum capacity of 320 people and will be pleased to be at the disposal of corporate clients.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. If breakfast is not included in your package, you can purchase it extra at the reception.
Dinner
Hotel dinner is served from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. If it is not included in your package, you can purchase it extra at the reception until 12:00 noon on the respective day.
