Szczyrk Mountain Resort is one of the largest ski resorts in Poland. Situated in the Beskid Śląski mountain range, on the slopes of Małe Skrzyczne (1211 m) and Wierch Pośredni (1000 m), it is perfect for tourists from the Silesian and Lesser Poland conurbation as well as for the southern neighbours from the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The TMR company, the top subject in the field of tourism in Central and Eastern Europe, offers not only adventures and unique experiences but also sells real property in the region of the High Tatras and the Low Tatras for one´s own use or as investments.
The real estate project department is responsible for the construction process / renovation of objects as well as for selling of individual pieces of real estate to private clients.
Our mission
The main aim of real estate projects implemented by TMR is supporting the infrastructure and construction development in mountain areas. By doing so, TMR uses unique locations in the regions of the High Tatras and the Low Tatras. TMR´s strategy in this segment focuses mainly on constructing and selling flats and non-residential premises. In addition to the above mentioned projects, infrastructure is supported too in order to help develop tourism, especially as for cableways, networks, pistes, information boards etc. TMR specialises exclusively in traditional urbanized areas where sport and tourism have had a long tradition for decades.
