Are ski passes/cable cars and water parks included in the booking? What are the conditions for using them?
Ski passes/cable cars and water parks are included for each day of your stay, except the arrival day, for every registered guest, subject to the operating hours of the cable cars and water parks.
On one day, you can use a ski pass at one resort (or a cable car on one section) and, on the same day, you can also visit one water park – Tatralandia or Bešeňová.
The services will be loaded onto your Gopass cards directly at the hotel reception. No advance reservation is required. If you do not have a physical Gopass card, it can be issued at the hotel reception. Issuing a physical Gopass card is subject to a fee according to the currently valid price list.
All guests over 6 years of age must have their own Gopass card.

The hotel car park is located directly at the hotel and is free of charge for hotel guests.
How can I get to the hotel?
By car – approx. 20 minutes from Liptovský Mikuláš towards Demänovská Valley.
By bus – the nearest bus station is located in Liptovský Mikuláš. From there, a direct bus connection runs to the Jasná-Biela Púť stop, which is approximately a 3-minute walk from the hotel.
Where is the hotel located?
Hotel Ostredok is located in the central part of the Jasná – Biela Púť mountain resort, right in the heart of Demänovská Valley in the Low Tatras, in the immediate vicinity of the ski slopes and cable cars leading to Chopok.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Is smoking permitted in the hotel or guest rooms?
The entire hotel, including all guest rooms, is non-smoking.
Is it possible to request an extra bed or a baby cot?
Every room offers the possibility of an extra bed for a surcharge. In the rooms, these are provided as sofa chairs/couches, and in the apartments, as pull-out sofas. Requests for an extra bed or a baby cot should be made when booking your stay.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and is included in the price of the stay for hotel guests.
When is dinner served, and how is it served?
Dinner is served from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. It can be purchased as part of a half-board package when booking your stay or directly at the hotel during breakfast. Dinner is usually served buffet-style.
Are meals available for guests with food allergies or dietary requirements?
We are happy to cater for guests with food allergies or dietary intolerances upon prior request.
What are the opening hours of the wellness centre? What are the entry conditions? What facilities and services are available?
The wellness centre is open from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
