Parking is free of charge, and parking spaces cannot be reserved. The resort has parking spaces for guests with disabilities and parking spaces with charging stations for electric vehicles.
How can I get to the hotel?
Guests must arrange their own transportation to the hotel. The hotel provides guest transfers to Tatralandia at selected times.

Is air conditioning available in the guest rooms and public areas?
Air conditioning is not available in any accommodation unit. Air conditioning is only available in the restaurant areas and at the reception.

Holiday Village Tatralandia offers free Wi-Fi: TMR_freeWifi, no password required.
Is smoking permitted in the hotel or guest rooms?
The resort is completely non-smoking. Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are permitted only in the designated area in front of the resort. A €100 fine applies for violating the smoking ban.
Is it possible to request an extra bed or a baby cot?
If a guest does not enter the correct number of guests entitled to an extra bed when making the reservation, an extra bed can be requested at the reception for an additional fee. A baby cot is available to guests free of charge; ideally, it should be requested when booking the stay.
Does the hotel have a children's play area (kid's corner)?
The resort has a children’s corner.

For hygiene and safety reasons, dogs and other animals are not allowed to stay at the hotel.

À la carte restaurant: 12:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Table reservation is recommended but not required.

Hotel breakfast is served buffet-style from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The client can choose whether to include them in the reservation.
When is dinner served, and how is it served?
Hotel dinner is served from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Depending on the hotel’s occupancy, dinner is served buffet-style or as a set menu.
Are meals available for guests with food allergies or dietary requirements?
Meals for guests with food intolerances are available upon request.
What pools and water attractions are available?
The resort does not have any hotel pools. During their stay, hotel guests have unlimited access to the Tatralandia Aquapark as well as one daily single-entry admission to the Celtic Sauna World at Tatralandia.
