Calm your mind, deepen your breath and stretch your body in the unique setting of a boutique hotel.
In the beautiful surroundings of Demänovská dolina (valley), the Tri Studničky Hotel invites you to a unique yoga retreat from 22nd to 24th November 2024, filled with peace, relaxation and engaging sessions. Unwind, recharge and enjoy exercises for both body and mind in a small group. Learn various breathing techniques, with a focus on conscious breathing and relaxation, guided by yoga instructor Jana Kusá. The retreat will also include a course with qualified Mindfulness techniques instructor Kvetka Sarvašová, Ph.D. and a course with MUDr. Dana Černochová, Ph.D., a specialist in nutrition, diabetes and endocrine glands. The retreat is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
The yoga retreat includes:
- 2 nights in a double Standard room in the Tri Studničky Hotel****
- 2x 2-hour access to the wellness centre (Friday and Saturday)
- 2x healthy buffet breakfast
- 2x healthy dinner (choice of three 3-course menus)
- 3x Hatha yoga sessions (breathing, exercise, guided relaxation)
- 1x Yin yoga session
- 2x Pranayama breathing technique exercises
- 1x Mindfulness course – Mindfulness: Awareness and Attentiveness with Kvetka Sarvašová, Ph.D., (instructor of the MBSR programme – Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction)
- 1x course and discussion with diabetologist and endocrinologist MUDr. Dana Černochová, Ph.D., from the National Institute of Endocrinology and Diabetes in Ľubochňa – “Health in Daily Life: Nutrition, Diabetes and Endocrine Glands”
- Consultations with Jana on breathing, sleep and mental health throughout the retreat
- cable car tickets in Jasná, Tatranská Lomnica, Štrbské Pleso and Starý Smokovec resorts and access to the Bešeňová or Tatralandia water parks**

TIP: Pack your favourite yoga mat, comfortable clothing, walking shoes and clothes. And don't forget that you can also use your employer's recreational voucher for this retreat.

Detailed ski passes, cable car ticket and water park ticket use terms and conditions
**The offer applies to all holidays booked through direct offline and online TMR sales channels (www.tmrhotels.com; www.gopass.travel) all year round. The offer is not valid on the day of arrival (check-in) and the number of tickets equals the number of nights spent at the accommodation establishment. Every ticket is non-transferable and a ski pass (only during the ski season) or a cable car ticket can be used in Jasná or Vysoké Tatry on the same day as access to one of the water parks – Tatralandia or Bešeňová, during the respective opening times. The current cable car and ski piste situation and opening times are published on the websites: www.vt.sk and www.jasna.sk. The opening times of water parks are published on the websites: www.besenova.com and www.tatralandia.sk.
To use ski passes/cable car tickets and water park tickets included, every client older than 6 years must be registered with the Gopass programme before checking in at their accommodation establishment. If you are not a Gopass member yet, register at www.gopass.travel or at the hotel reception. Gopass cards for all registered individuals will be issued afterwards. Every Gopass card costs 2€ on site. If you already have a Gopass card, don’t forget to take it with you on your holiday because it unlocks all discounts and benefits while staying.
