We haven't forgotten about relaxation either. Your full-board getaway includes unlimited access to the hotel's wellness centre, as well as special massage benefits for parents. The offer is valid for stays of at least two nights with arrival between 1 September and 26 November 2026 (last check-out day). A minimum of two full-paying adults sharing the room is required to qualify for the offer. Your stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with lunch on the day of departure. The operator reserves the right to limit the number of rooms laces available for this offer and to make it available only on selected dates during the validity period. Once the allocated capacity has been reached, the offer can no longer be used by other customers.
* The packed lunch must be ordered at the hotel reception by 6:00 PM the day before. A packed lunch that has not been ordered or collected cannot be replaced retrospectively with another service.
** The offer applies to all holidays booked through direct offline and online TMR sales channels (www.tmrhotels.com; www.gopass.travel) all year round. The offer is not valid on the day of arrival (check-in) and the number of tickets equals the number of nights spent at the accommodation establishment. Every ticket is non-transferable and a ski pass (only during the ski season) or a cable car ticket can be used in Jasná or Vysoké Tatry on the same day as access to one of the water parks – Tatralandia or Bešeňová, during the respective opening times. To use ski passes/cable car tickets and water park tickets included, every client older than 6 years must be registered with the Gopass programme before checking in at their accommodation establishment. If you are not a Gopass member yet, register at www.gopass.travel or at the hotel reception. Gopass cards for all registered individuals will be issued afterwards. The Gopass card price is based on the current price list. If you already have a Gopass card, don’t forget to take it with you on your holiday because it unlocks all discounts and benefits while staying.
*** Children are entitled to free accommodation, breakfast, lunch (or a packed lunch) and dinner. All other services are available to children at the current price list rates. To take advantage of the offer, the number and ages of children must be entered during the booking process.
**** Advance booking at the reception is required. The wellness treatment is available to adults only (guests aged 18 and over) while staying at the hotel. The massage discount cannot be combined with any other discounts.
