Our unique Chalets Jasná Collection can be found in two locations within the Jasná resort – you can choose between Jasná Záhradky and Jasná Centrum. Both locations are an ideal choice for groups of 4 or more guests, offering the privacy of a mountain chalet and an excellent location directly next to the best ski slopes in Slovakia.

Chalets Jasná Záhradky – a location ideal for a peaceful, idyllic family holiday, where you can disconnect from the outside world and enjoy the presence of your loved ones and the calm atmosphere surrounding the chalets.

Chalets Jasná Centrum – a more exclusive location for demanding clients, situated in the very heart of the Jasná resort, offering a holiday full of activities and events in the resort or in nearby hotels.

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm.
Check-out is by 10:00 am.

Late check-out:

Late check-out is subject to current availability. Requests can be made no earlier than one day before your planned departure. For further details and confirmation of availability, please contact the reception. The fee for extended use of the suite until 12:00 noon on the day of departure is 50€, until 2:00 pm – it is 150€ and until 4:00 pm – it is 250€.

Reception opening times:

The reception is usually at clients’ disposal from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

After 8:00 pm, check-in is available at the Pošta Hotel, Demänovská Dolina 72, 031 01.

In the event of excessive suite soiling (severe stains on bed linen, mattresses, carpets, bathroom or toilet fixtures, etc.), the respective guest is required to pay a cleaning fee in the amount of EUR 150 to cover the increased cleaning costs. The fee has to be paid when checking out. If a pre-authorisation was taken at the check-in, the pre-authorised amount will be used to cover the excessive cleaning fee.

Access roads may be difficult to navigate during the winter season; therefore, we recommend that guests carry snow chains.

Enjoy your getaway at the Chalets Jasná Collection and have ski passes/cable car tickets valid in the Jasná and Vysoké Tatry resorts, as well as access to water parks included for each guest (number of tickets = number of nights).

On the same day, each guest can use ski passes/cable car tickets in Jasná or the High Tatras and also visit one of the water parks, Tatralandia or Bešeňová, during the respective opening hours.

To use the cable car and water park tickets, every person older than 6 years must be registered for Gopass before checking in at their accommodation establishment. If you are not a Gopass member yet, register at www.gopass.travel or at the hotel reception and pick up the Gopass cards for all of you. The Gopass card prices are based on the current price list. If you already have a Gopass card, don’t forget to take it with you on your holiday because it unlocks all discounts and benefits while staying.

Hot tub water change:

Water in your hot tub can be changed while you stay with us and costs 80€. Please note that on the day of the water change, the hot tub cannot be fully used, as heating to the required temperature takes approximately 10 hours.
