Parking is free of charge. The hotel offers parking spaces for guests with disabilities and parking spaces with charging stations for electric vehicles.

Guests must arrange their own transportation to the hotel. The hotel provides guest transfers to Tatralandia at selected times.

The hotel offers several types of accommodation – from studios to apartments. The hotel is completely non-smoking. Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are permitted only in the designated area in front of the hotel. The fine for violating the smoking ban is €100.
Is it possible to request an extra bed or a baby cot?
If a guest does not enter the correct number of guests entitled to an extra bed when making the reservation, an extra bed can be requested at the reception for an additional fee. A baby cot is available to guests free of charge; ideally, it should be requested when booking the stay.

Hotel dinner is served from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Depending on the hotel’s occupancy, dinner is served buffet-style or as a set menu.
Are meals available for guests with food allergies or dietary requirements?
Meals for guests with food intolerances are available upon request. The breakfast buffets include a basic selection of lactose-free and gluten-free dishes.
